Very rare and collectible round plate or dish by the famous De Porceleyne Fles also known as Royal Delft.
Black scratch delftware was only made from 1957 to the mid 1960's. Production was expensive so quite limited.
The dish has a diameter of 5-1/2 inches. The date code CH is for 1963. The painter's initials look like APr or APi.
It is decorated with beautiful flowers in the colors of white, yellow and some red sitting in a black background. The Black Scratch Technique is far less common and worth more than the traditional blue and white. Also the hallmarks are black instead of blue. In very good used condition with no chips or cracks, except for utensil scratches from use.
