This darling hand painted dish is done in Polychrome . Multi-colored ceramics are generally known as Polychrome (Polychroom in Dutch) In the Porceleyne Fles price lists through the 1940, pieces were listed as Colored Delft (Gekleured Delft). These were made as early as the 1880's. The colors used are chiefly blue, green, yellow and red.
If this was bought new today, it would cost over $100.
There are no chips or cracks or repairs. There is some crazing which is typical of older delft. Excellent condition for this lovely small dish.
You can see the marks on the bottom in the picture. The word Delft, and the Porceleyne Fles Bottle sign with the J and T joined on the top are also on the bottom.
The dish is about 4-in in diameter and almost 1-in tall on the edges. On the Porceleyne Fles website, this is called a pin dish.
I appreciate and thank you for taking the time to look. Have a wonderful day. .
